Here at Wickham Plastics, we use the most up-to-date software and file conversion with all product manufacture and design. This includes Key Creator, 2D, 3D, Wire frame, Solid Surface modeling and file conversions IGES, DWG, DXF, STEP, Pro-Eng, Unigraphics, X-T, Catia and Para solid.

Fast and Efficient Prototyping

We can provide a prototype of the product prior to tooling production, which may be useful for testing a design. Designs can be evaluated and changes can be made at this stage, avoiding costly changes later in the project.

Wickham Plastics mould flow analysis helps optimise the design of plastic parts and injection moulds, and allows customers to study the injection moulding process. The idea of mould flow is to help reduce the need for costly physical prototypes, avoid potential manufacturing defects, and get innovative products to market faster.
